We Are The Ambroses

015. Asking Why Is Essential For Greatness

This week Keela and Cole talk about the importance of asking questions. We don’t think about it, but refraining from asking questions can impact every area of our lives. It allows us to build intimacy in our relationships, gain knowledge, avoid potential problems, and the list goes on. Even if you’re not a “great question asker” today, you can build that up just like you would a muscle – it just takes practice and consistency! Start today, and watch your life elevate to heights you never thought were possible!

014. Conversations With A Sleep Specialist On The Sleep Training Myth | Brittni Mella

Cole and Keela sat down with an infant sleep specialist Brittni Mella, she explains many of the issues with the sleep training history and ideas that are being shared even still today. This may challenge your thinking on a topic that many feel is a one-size-fits-all approach but can be very damaging to a child in the long run. It is important to be informed on the potential harms of methods such as “controlled crying” or “graduated extinction.” You were chosen by God to parent your children and you have to do what you feel like is best for you and your children. But it doesn’t mean we should stop learning and seeking out information that can improve our situations.

013. 5 SIMPLE WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH NOW

Cole and Keela have a relatable conversation focused on simple ways you can improve your health now. Stepping into an unfamiliar space can be uncomfortable, but this conversation is meant to inspire you, make you laugh and hopefully help you make some pivotal decisions that will help you be more healthy now!

012. Conversations with an Integrative Pediatrician | Dr. Joel Gator

Cole and Keela have an incredibly informative conversation with Integrative Pediatrician Dr. Joel Warsh or better known as “Dr. Joel Gator.” We talk about his journey through medical school and how he got to where he is now as an integrative pediatrician. Also, how he has leveraged social media to get his message out and help people get healthier. He also provides great knowledge on how to blend both modern medicine and natural medicine to maximize the benefits of both. We are more unhealthy than ever and it’s more important than ever to equip and resource ourselves on how to improve our personal and family’s health in order to leave the impact and legacy we desire to!

011. Conversations on Informed Decision Making | Dr. Stuart Fischbein

Cole and Keela have a conversation with Dr. Stuart “Dr. Stu” Fischbein founder of “Birthing Instincts.” Whether you’re a male or female this conversation is thought provoking and provides insight into how the medical industry’s fear-based approach to giving birth doesn’t work. Dr. Stu is an advocate for informed consent and made the bold choice to step into a natural approach later in his career through building relationships with midwifes. He is one of those unique people who have operated in both the medical and natural approaches and has a passion for truth and empowering women to know they were made by God to bring life into the world. We have gotten so far away from our “instincts” and somehow believe the lies that a controlled fear-based model is the norm. Dr. Stu shares a refreshing and inspiring view that will encourage all of us to see things differently.

009. The Change Comes From Within

This week Keela and Cole have a heartfelt discussion about the importance of building a strong family culture. One that honors God as well as the country that God has entrusted us with.

So much that is happening in our country can be traced back to family and cultural issues within our homes. Change starts in your home and no matter what you come from or what you have experienced – God has more for you and your family because He is weaving His legacy through you!

008. Conversations With An American Historian | William J. Federer

Cole and Keela have a riveting discussion with an American historian and leader named William J. Federer.

He is a nationally known speaker, best-selling author, and president of Amerisearch, Inc., a publishing company dedicated to researching America’s noble heritage.  Bill gained national recognition for lecturing and writing. He has worked in real estate, oil & gas, and religious organizations. In addition to serving on numerous advisory boards, Bill is an original signer of the Manhattan Declaration.

007. Conversations With A Spiritual Warrior | Pastor Ryan Visconti

Cole and Keela sit down and talk with former U.S. Army Captain and current Lead Pastor Ryan Visconti of Generation Church in Arizona. As someone who has served our country and now the Kingdom, Pastor Ryan can bring a very unique perspective on how to lead during these times and how he uses his past experiences in the Army to now lead from the pulpit with boldness and courage. He talks about how important it is to speak what the word of God says and how it’s meant to be said regardless of the backlash that might come with that. Although we must be compassionate and loving, that doesn’t mean we leave out the truth.

006. EVERYTHING’S NEW

What are you doing to take the next right steps as we begin 2024? How can you change your actions today that will ultimately change your outcomes? Cole and Keela talk about how you can leave 2023 behind whether it was good or bad, and stake your claim that 2024 is going to be a year like never before in the best possible way! Don’t just take actionable steps, take the next right steps.

005. Are You A Victim?

Are you a victim? How do you know? Cole and Keela discuss the victim mentality that is plaguing our society. You always have a choice in how you think and see yourself, and that choice is either going to make you better and the people’s lives around you better or not. Having a victim mentality is not from God. He has created and called you to be a victor. When we step into that calling, we have the power to leave a lasting impact. Victims don’t change the world – but victors sure do.
